Thomas McMillan is a Professor of Practice in Marketing at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School and Director of the Center for Retailing Innovation. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in retail, digital commerce, marketing, and merchandising, and focuses his work on preparing students for careers across the retail ecosystem.
